Ultimate Grilled Cheese
Directions
- Grab two slices of your favorite bread. Spread Duke’s Mayo edge to edge on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place first slice of bread (mayo side down) into a cold pan.
- Add about 1/4 cup each of freshly shredded cheeses (Havarti and sharp cheddar pictured.)
- Place second piece of bread on top (mayo side up!) and don’t press the sandwich down.
- Transfer to stovetop, cook on both sides on the lowest setting until golden brown and crisp (usually between 5-7 minutes per side, depending on your range) Flipping only once ensures the crispiest result! If desired, serve garnished with fresh grated parmesan, chopped herbs, and flaky salt.
