Tortellini with Creamy Diablo Sauce
Directions
- In a large pot prepare the sauce by mixing and bringing to a simmer the ground tomatoes, cream cheese, milk, chipotle in adobo, salt, pepper, basil, oregano, and garlic powder.
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and add the tortellini. Cook for 4 minutes and then drain reserving the pasta water.
- While the tortellini are cooking, sauté the zucchini just until tender.
- Add the cooked tortellini and zucchini to the prepared sauce.
- Add the reserved pasta water to reach desired consistency.

- 12 cups Kraft Heinz® 6 in 1® All Purpose Ground Tomatoes
- 12 oz. Kraft® Philadelphia Original Cream Cheese
- 1 1/3 cup Milk
- 1/4 cup chipotle en adobo sauce, pureed
- 4 tsp. Kosher salt
- 1 tsp. Black Pepper
- 3 tbsp. basil, fresh, chopped
- 1 tsp. oregano, dried
- 2 tsp. garlic, powder
- 4 lbs. pasta, tortellini, cheese
- 2 lbs. zucchini, diced
- 2 cups Pasta water, reserved
