Savory Roasted Vegetable Rice Soup
Directions
- In a 2-gallon cooking pot, heat oil over medium heat. Add onion and carrots; sauté 5 minutes.
- Add water, Custom Culinary® Gold Label Savory Roasted® Vegetable Base, corn and green beans; mix well. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.
- Blend in rice. Heat to a gentle boil; cook until rice is tender, approximately 18-20 minutes. Stir occasionally.
CHEF TIP: To create a reduced sodium soup, substitute Custom Culinary® Gold Label Low Sodium Vegetable Base.
