Crispy Beer Battered Cod Sliders
Directions
- Fry cod portions per directions.
- Place cilantro, garlic, oil, salt, and lime juice in food processor until pureed smooth.
- Coat inside of roll with paste and layer cooked cod, tomato and avocado in roll.
- Place in sandwich or panini press and toast. Serve with French fries or slaw.
